House Rules

We want nothing more than for you to enjoy your stay here at the Rocky Spring Stagecoach Stop. Even though this is a rented space, please respect the property.  Help us keep Texas beautiful by picking up your trash.  Please understand that we are a family business so help us keep this space clean.  We want y'all to have a safe and enjoyable visit.

 

If there are any problems, or questions, please feel free to reach out. If you arrive and there is a problem, or you notice any damage at the time of check-in,  please notify us immediately.  You, the renter are liable for any and all damages to property or appliances found on the date of your checkout.  Because the cabin is on a septic tank system, no flushing  of Tampons, feminine products, WIPES, and or paper towels in the toilet is permitted. Only toilet paper should be flushed. Renters should be mindful that if these products are flushed,  not only will you have to step into a mess, but you will also be charged a minimum of $900.00.

**THE RENTER WILL BE CHARGED IF ANY DAMAGE IS FOUND AFTER YOUR STAY!**

Check-in after 11:00 AM

Check-out at 3:00 PM. 

(Yes check-in in early and check-out late!)

Please ensure that all glass containers are placed inside the trash cans

No Smoking

No Pets

All who stay must be listed

6 guest maximum

Before you leave please place all trash in the trash can

Turn off the lights

Turn off the AC/Heater

Lock up

And come back!
